ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Harry J. Greenwall was an author and journalist, born Henry James Greenwall of Highbury, London in 1886. As a youth, Harry went to school in Hanover and Paris, where he later became a reporter on Northcliffe's Continental Daily Mail, a large regional newspaper publisher in the UK and central Europe. When the First World War broke out, Greenwall made Paris his base as a foreign correspondent for the Daily Express. He had a short stint at the end of World War II as a correspondent for the Times of Lisbon and would continue on as an author through the 1950s. In February of 1966 Harry Greenwall passed away on the Spanish island of Majorca.
